Badge - Human Resources MBA

A good HR department is key to a productive workplace. HR professionals are responsible for a variety of essential functions including recruitment, performance management, training, research, and leadership development. They choose new employees and develop retention strategies that motivate. Human resource professionals also understand employment laws and help their organizations stay in compliance. The demand for qualified HR professionals is high and bachelor’s in human resources degrees are becoming increasingly popular at the nation’s top universities. Choosing the best school can be overwhelming so we created this ranking to showcase twenty-five of the top schools with high graduation rates that offer a bachelor’s in human resource management.

Methodology

The overall graduation rate is an important piece of data when choosing where to go to earn your bachelor’s in HR management. This rate indicates the percentage of full-time, first-time degree seeking students who completed their program within 150% of the “normal time” needed to earn the degree. This rate gives insight on how many of these students are completing their degree in a timely manner. Extended enrollment can be expensive, so having the support from faculty and staff to succeed and finish on time is important. To be considered for our ranking, schools had to have at least a 70% graduation rate.  We also used factors like student to faculty ratio and net price to create our rating since we believe these factors also play an important role in student success.
